Election of Members of the Board of Directors

Pursuant of Article 64 of the Clubs Articles of Association, nominations are hereby called for to elect Officers to the Board of Directors. Nominations are to be in writing and signed by two financial members and by the nominee. Nominations are to be lodged at the clubs registered office no later than 3.00pm on Sunday ….. September, which is 28 days prior to the AGM.

A member may nominate for but not hold more than one office. Nomination forms are available at the clubs office during business hours. All nominations, including eligibility of nominees and proposers, must satisfy the requirements of the clubs Articles of Association

Sunday ….. September is also the latest date for submissions of any special business that a member may seek to include in the business of the AGM.
